摘要
结构设计因人而异,在满足建筑功能及设计规范的前提下,不同设计人员对结构成本控制往往差别很大。从基础及上部若干方面对影响结构成本的因素进行了分析,供广大设计人员及地产公司工作人员参考。
The design of the structure varies,and on the premise of meeting the needs of construction fuctions and design specifications,the cost controls in structure of different designers vary.This thesis intends to analyze the factors affecting the costs in the aspects of foundations and superstructure to offer some suggestions for dedigners and staff of real estate companies as a reference.
