从多年的工作实践出发,分析总结了影响村镇民用房屋抗震的六个主要因素:构造柱的设计与施工、圈梁的设计与施工、空心板板缝的处理、屋顶女儿墙的联接、后砌非承重墙的拉结等,论述了此类建筑在抗震设防方面的构造要求,施工注意事项等,对工程设计、施工质量控制和管理有一定指导意义。

Starting from years of work experience,the paper analysis the six influences to the aseismatic fortify of villages and civil buidings：design and construction of constructional column,design and construction of ring beam,treatment of hollow slab seam,connection of roof parapet,joint of later built unloaded bearing wall,etc.The paper discuss on the constructional requirement for aseismatic fortify of such buildings and construction points for attention,which have certain guiding significance for quality control and management of design and construction.
