摘要
结合实际工程,讨论了寒冷地区、多连跨、大跨度、高大焊接车间有效排除焊接烟尘的通风方法,确定了针对焊接烟尘悬浮带的通风方案。进一步利用CFD数值模拟方法证明了此方案的合理性,分析了改进方法,使其在最有效的保证车间内清洁的情况下,达到最佳的节能效果。
Combining with actual project,we discuss the ventilation methods to remove smoke dust in the weld workshop where the span is multiply connected,large and high in cold area,and give the ventilation solution for smoke dust in suspended area of the workshop.And then we utilize CFD simulation method to certify that the solution is reasonable,also analyze the improved methods to achieve the best energy saving and ensure the cleanness in the workshop at the same time.
