摘要
投标工作如何开展取决于投标的指导思想,而投标指导思想又在投标工作的实践中得以不断充实和完善。论文基于上述辨证思想,从设计招投标的特点出发,结合作者多年从事招标代理工作的体验,对设计投标的指导思想进行了提炼,其中也吸收借鉴了一些行为科学的研究成果。
How to tender depends on guiding ideology,guiding ideology is strengthened and improved in the process of tender.The paper presents guiding ideology refining and building of construction projects design tender on the basis of the syndrome differentiation thinking above,the characteristics of design bidding and tender,the work experience of the author and the research on Behavioral Science.
