摘要
目的:建立大枣中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:以A1(NO3)3、NaNO2及NaOH为显色剂,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定。结果:红枣中总黄酮含量为2.35 mg/g。结论:方法简便易行,适用于大枣中总黄酮含量的测定。
Objective:To establish the method for the determination of total flavonoids contents in Jujube.Methods: Spectrophotometry was used to determine content of total flavonoids in Jujube,adding A1(NO3)3、NaNO3、NaOH as colour agent.Ruitn as constrast sample.Results:The contents of total flavonoids in Jujube is 2.35 mg/g.Conclusion:The method is simplicity in result and applicable for the determination of total flavonoids in Jujube.
