摘要
采用干灰化法对两产地的鲍鱼制备样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定了鲍鱼中的一些微量元素含量并对其进行比较,结果表明,生存在不同海域中的鲍鱼元素存在一定程度上的差异。
An ICP—AES method for determination of microelement in abalone by use of dry ashing preparation samples was developed.In this method,we compared the content of microelement.the results show that： In a certain degree,these microelements in abalone came from two different sea had some distinction.
