摘要
针对某车型怠速振动性能差的特点,建立了其动力总成系统的ADAMS模型,分析发现各自由度间的振动耦合较为严重。总结介绍了振动解耦理论,基于这些理论设计原则重新计算得出优化参数。使用优化结果重新进行模型的振动分析计算,验证了新参数的有效性,为设计改进提供了方案。
ADAMS model of a powertrain system whose vibration at idle speed was poor was built.using the model,it found that the vibration energy coupling between the 6DOFs was serious.Then the theory of vibration energy decoupling was concluded and based on the theory,parameters of mounts were redesigned.The effective of the new parameters were validated from the results of another new vibration analysis.Obviously,it is a solution to improve the performance of powertrain mounts.
