高效液相色谱法测定双扑伪麻片中扑热息痛、盐酸伪麻黄碱、扑尔敏的含量

HPLC Determination of the Content of Paracetamol,Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride and Chlorphenamine Maleate in Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Compound Tablets

用高效液相色谱法，同时分离测定双扑伪麻片中扑热息痛、盐酸伪麻黄碱和扑尔敏的含量．线性范围：扑热息痛０２０～０８０ｇ／Ｌ，ｒ＝０９９９５；盐酸伪麻黄碱００１２～００４８ｇ／Ｌ，ｒ＝０９９９６；扑尔敏００００７２～０００２８８ｇ／Ｌ，ｒ＝０９９９２．平均回收率（ｘ±ｒｓｄ）％分别为：扑热息痛（１００２±１７）％；盐酸伪麻黄碱（９９６±１４）％；扑尔敏（９８４±２６）％．

A HPLC method was used to determine the content of the three components in pseudoephedrine hydrochloride compound tablets.A better linearity and good correlation coefficient were obtained from 0\^20 g/L0\^08 g/L of paracetamol(r=0\^999 5);0\^012 g/L0048 g/L of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride(r=0\^999 6);0\^000 72 g/L0\^002 88 g/L of chlorphenamine maleate(r=0\^999 2).The mean recoveries and RSD of the three components were (100\^21\^7)%,(99\^61\^4)%,(98426)% respectively.The method is accurate,rapid and simple and can be used for the quantitive analysis of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride compound tablets.
