Determination of the Content of Puerain in Baishiqingre-granule

用反相高效液相离子对色谱法测定白石清热冲剂中葛根素的含量．色谱柱：ｓｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ１８（１０μｍ，４．６ｍｍ×２５０ｍｍ）；流动相：甲醇－ｐＨ６．８，００１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲液（２７：７３），每升流动相含四丁基溴化铵０００５ｍｏｌ；检测波长２５０ｍｍ，测得线性范围０１１６～０５８０μｇ（ｒ＝０９９９８），平均回收率９７２％，相对标准差ＲＳＤ＝１８％．

A method was developed for the determination of the content of puerain in Baishiquingre-granule by high performance liquid ion-pair chromatography with a 46 mm250 mm column packed with 10 m Spherisorb C18 as the stationary phase,a mixtrue of methanol-pH 6.8,001 mol/L phosphate salts buffer(2773) as the mobile phase which contained tetrabutyl ammonium bromide(TBAB).The concentration of TBAB was 0005 mol/L.250 nm detection wavelength was selected.The method had a good linearity,a range of 0116 g0580 g,and a correlation coefficient r=0.999 8.The mean recovery of puerain was 97.2% with relative standard deviation of 1.8%.The results showed that this method was simple,sensitive,precise and accurate enough to be used in the quality control of baishiqingre-granule.
