摘要
用反相高效液相离子对色谱法测定白石清热冲剂中葛根素的含量.色谱柱:spherisorbC18(10μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相:甲醇-pH6.8,001mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(27:73),每升流动相含四丁基溴化铵0005mol;检测波长250mm,测得线性范围0116~0580μg(r=09998),平均回收率972%,相对标准差RSD=18%.
A method was developed for the determination of the content of puerain in Baishiquingre-granule by high performance liquid ion-pair chromatography with a 46 mm250 mm column packed with 10 m Spherisorb C18 as the stationary phase,a mixtrue of methanol-pH 6.8,001 mol/L phosphate salts buffer(2773) as the mobile phase which contained tetrabutyl ammonium bromide(TBAB).The concentration of TBAB was 0005 mol/L.250 nm detection wavelength was selected.The method had a good linearity,a range of 0116 g0580 g,and a correlation coefficient r=0.999 8.The mean recovery of puerain was 97.2% with relative standard deviation of 1.8%.The results showed that this method was simple,sensitive,precise and accurate enough to be used in the quality control of baishiqingre-granule.
