Direct determination of beryllium in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with Zeeman effect

摘要 目的:建立塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定尿中铍的方法。方法:尿样用0.2%硝酸稀释,并以1%硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,采用工作曲线法测定。结果:方法的线性范围为0μg/L~5μg/L,相关系数(r)=0.9995,RSD为1.78%~4.47%,检出限为0.32 pg,特征量为2.4 pg,回收率为93.2%~104.3%。结论:该方法具有快速简便,精密度好,准确度高等优点,可用于尿样中铍的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of beryllium in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with Zeeman effect.Methods: After the urine sample was diluted with 0.2% nitric acid,it was determined by working curve using 1% Mg(NO3)2 as matrix modifier.Results: The linearity range of the method was 0 μg/L~5 μg/L,the correlation coefficent(r) was 0.9995,the RSD was 1.78%~4.47%,the detection limit was 0.32 pg,the characteristic mass was 2.4 pg,and the recoveries were 93.2%~104.3%.Conclusion: This method is rapid,simple,accurate and precise.It can be used to determine beryllium in the urine sample.
