猪苓中微量元素的测定及分析

目的:测定猪苓中Fe、Mg、Zn、Cu、K、Mn、Se、Co、As等9种无机元素的含量,旨在探讨猪苓中所含微量元素与药性的关系。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,用ICP-MS法测定。结果:该方法具有很好的准确度和精密度。结论:微量元素的含量与中药的药性具有一定的关系。

Objective： To detect the contents of trace element in grifola and study their relationship with drug properties.Methods： Samples were digested with micwave and determined by ICP-MS.Results： The method showed pretty accuracy and precision.Conclusion： There is relationship between trace elements and the activity of Chinese medicine.
