摘要
目的:了解姜黄素的急性经口毒性和遗传毒性,为姜黄素的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:按照GB15193-2003《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》进行急性经口毒性实验、Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验及小鼠精子畸形实验。结果:姜黄素对小鼠的急性经口LD50>21500 mg/kg bw;三项遗传毒性实验结果均为阴性。结论:姜黄素属无毒级物质,未见遗传毒性作用。
Objective:To study the acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity of curcumin,so as to provide experimental basis for its exploitation.Methods: Acute toxicity test and genetic toxicity tests,including Ames test,micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow and sperm shape abnormality test in mice,were performed according to GB15193-2003 "Procedures and Methods for Toxicological Assessment of Food".Results: The acute oral LD50 of curcumin was greater than 21500 mg/ kg bw,the results of the three genetic toxicity tests were negative.Conclusion: The acute toxicity of curcumin was classified as non-toxic,genetic toxicity was not found.
