摘要
随着现代医学技术水平的不断发展,先心病的治愈率和患儿的生存率较前有了明显提高。生存问题解决了,生存质量又如何呢？近年来一些学者发现部分先心病的患儿存在生长发育的延迟,有的还伴有认知障碍、智商偏低、学习困难等一系列心理行为的异常,部分还有癫痫发作的表现,
