双黄连超声雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作86例

Treatment 86 Patients with Acute Attack of Chronic Bronchitis By Ultrasonic Nebulization of Shuang Huang Lian

目的：观察双黄连针剂对慢性支气管炎急性发作的治疗效果。方法；用双黄连针剂超声雾化吸入配合西药治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作86例，与对照组67例纯西药治疗相比较。结果：治疗组痊愈率和显效率分别为27.91％和50.00％，对照组痊愈率和显效率分别为11.94％和37.31％，经统计学处理两者均有显著性的差异（P＜0.05）。结论：双黄连针剂超声雾化吸入配合西药治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作患者，能明显提高疗效。

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuang Huang Lian injection on acute attack of chronic bronchitis. Methods: 86 patients who had acute attack of chronic bronchitis received ultrasonic nebulization of Shuang Huang Lian injection combined with western medicine treatment. The control group with 67 patients were treated with western medicine alone. Results:The cure rate was 27. 91 % and the significant effective rate was 50% in treatment group,compared with 11.94% and 37. 31% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05).Conclusion: Ultrasonic nebulization of Shuang Huang Lian in combination with western medicine can raise the therapeutic effect of acute attack of chronic bronchitis.
