严重少精子症患者Y染色体微缺失一家系分析

一、资料
患者男性,32岁。因婚后6年不育来我院生殖医学中心就诊,经3次精液检查确诊为严重少精子症。血清睾酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、泌乳素、雌二醇均在正常范围。染色体检查为46,XY。体格检查：男性第二性征明显,
