腹腔镜下输卵管线形切开术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床分析及手术技巧总结

Clinical investigationof 56 cases with laproscopic linear salpingotomy

目的总结腹腔镜下输卵管线形切开术治疗输卵管妊娠的各种手术技巧。方法回顾分析2008年1月-2011年1月间的56例行腹腔镜下输卵管线形切开术治疗输卵管妊娠的手术情况,观察平均住院日、手术时间、术中出血、术后再次出血、血绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）值下降、持续性异位妊娠、术后输卵管通液等情况。结果 56例手术均成功完成,无1例中转开腹和持续性异位妊娠。平均住院日4.3±0.7日,手术时间38.6±8.1min,术中出血35.3±8.6ml,术后引流量（24h）94.6±116.0ml,平均HCG降至正常时间10.8±2.3天,术后2个经期后输卵管通畅率82.1%。结论腹腔镜下线形切开术治疗输卵管妊娠准确有效,并更加微创。

Objective：To investigate the clinical results of tubal pregnancy treated with laparoscopic linear salpingotomy,and discuss the operation techniques.Methods：The operating findings,average hospitalization day,operating time,blood loss during and after operation,the time of HCG value decreasing to normal,PEP rate and tubal unobstructed rate in 56 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscopy linear salpingotomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All operations were accomplished with laparoscopy smoothly.No persistent ectopic pregnancy occurred in all cases.Average hospitalization day was 4.3±0.7days,operating time was 38.6±8.1min,blood loss during and after operation were respectively 35.3±8.6ml and 94.6±116.0ml,the average time of HCG value decreasing to normal was 10.8±2.3 days,tubal unobstructed rate after 2 menstruations was 82.1%.Conclusion：Treating the tubal pregnancy with laparoscope linear salpingotomy is safe,effective and quick,and valuable for tubal recovery.
