脑脉通口服液对兔脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究

Protective Effect of Naomaitong Oral Liquid on Cerebral Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury of Rabbits

目的：观察中药脑脉通对兔全脑缺血-再灌损伤。方法：通过兔全脑缺血-再灌注的病理模型，观察中药脑脉通对其损伤的保护作用。结果：脑脉通能抑制脂质过氧化反应，提高机体抗氧化能力；对兔脑超微结构有保护作用。结论：中药脑脉通对动物实验脑缺血-再灌注损伤有较好的治疗作用。

Purpose: To observe the effect of Naomaitong oral liquid on cerebral lschemia and reperfuslon injury of rabbits. Methods: The cerebral ischemia and reperfusion inJury model of rabbits was established to observe the protective effect of Naomaitong on them. Results:Naomaitong inhibited lipid peroxidation, raised body antioxidation,and protected the cerebral ultrastructure of rabbits. Conclusion: Naomaitong has better protective effect on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury of experimental animals.
