早卵泡期与优势卵泡后加用FSH方案治疗小卵泡排卵不孕疗效比较

Analysis and comparison on FSH in early follicular phase or in dominant follicular phase of treatment of small Follicle ovulation

目的比较早卵泡期与优势卵泡后加用FSH方案治疗小卵泡排卵的疗效。方法将小卵泡排卵62例102个治疗周期,随机分成2组:A组早卵泡期肌肉注射尿促卵泡激素(丽申宝FSH)。B组卵泡≥12mm时肌肉注射尿促卵泡激素(丽申宝FSH)。观察、比较2组的妊娠率、早期流产率等。结果 B组与A组相比妊娠率、早期流产率无明显差异,但多胎率及OHSS(卵巢过度刺激综合征)发生率明显低于A组。结论优势卵泡后加用FSH方案是有效且安全的治疗小卵泡排卵的促排卵方案。

Objective：Analysis and comparison on FSH in early follicular phase or in dominant follicular phase of treatment of small follicle ovulation.Methods：62 cases with small follicle ovulation were randomly divided into two groups,Group A 50 cycles,with FSH in early follicular phase;Group B 52 cycles,with FSH when the follicle was dominant follicle;Then,The pregnancy rate and early abortion rate and etc of Two groups were studied.Results：The pregnancy rate and early abortion rate of Group B and group A has no statistical significance.Conclusions：Ovulation with FSH when the follicle was dominant follicle is safe and effective.
