摘要
战略性新兴产业的催生源于技术创新和重大的技术突破,其成长源于重大的发展需求,其产业化源于创新模式。尤其是在战略性新兴产业的起步阶段以及技术导入阶段,技术创新和重大技术的突破创新更离不开创新体制与机制的优化和投资模式创新。发展战略性新兴产业,能否厘清其培育发展的内在规律和本质特征,探索出符合国情、省情的培育发展优化创新路径,则关系到战略性新兴产业发展的成功与否。
The birth of strategic emerging industry derives from technological innovation and significant technological breakthrough, its growth derives from the significant development demands, and its industrialization derives from innovative patterns. Especially in the early stage and technical input stage of strategic emerging industry, technical innovation and significant technological breakthroughs in innovation can＇t do without the optimization of innovative system and mechanism,and the innovation of investment patterns. To develop strategic emerging industry, whether we can clarify the internal rules and essential characteristics of its cultivation and development, and whether we can explore the optimal innovative path of its cultivation and development to accord with the conditions of nation and province or not, are related to the success of the development of strategic emerging industry.
