摘要
现代石油化工和石油炼制工业中使用的加氢装置关键设备热壁加氢反应器要长期在高温、高压以及临氢状态下运行工作。
In modern petrochemical and oilrefining industries,the hotwall hydrogenation reactor which is one of the key facilities of hydrogenation unit is usually running under conditions of high temperature,high pressure and with hydrogen.In this paper,based on the theory of fracture mechanics,cracks at different locations on the outer surface of a working hotwall hydrogenation reactor are analized,and assessed for safety.
