摘要
乌鲁木齐石化总厂炼油厂的重整装置为半再生固定床式,4台反应器串联布置。由于反应器原内件结构不合理,在500℃高温下易发生变形,造成反应器压降增大,反应转化率下降。1995年后,采用楔形条缝焊接筛网对反应器内件进行了技术改造。
The reforming reactors of Wulumuqi petrochemical complex refinery are semiregeneration fixed bed type.Four reactoes are series arrangement.Owing to the unworthiness of original reactor internals,the internals is easy to deform at 500 high temperature,and the pressure drop of reactor is increased.The reaction conversion rate is decreased.After 1955,the welding screen clothes with wedged strip weld are adopted to make the reactor internals technical reconstruction,and fairly good effects are obtained.
