The modern American poet and poetry translator,Ezra Pound＇s views on translation of content,form,language,and creative translation are for the first time categorized and analyzed;and of which the underlying core is identified,together with the relationship between his views and his translated texts.The core of Pound＇s views is to esteem and propose a communication between translator＇s ontological being and ontological being of source text,while neglecting the realistic existence of source text;and the target text is the result of the ecstatic meeting of both ontological beings,and the perfection combination of translation and artistic creation.And thus,his translation is both unfaithful translation from the view of translating and beautiful creation with regard to artistic creation.
