摘要
通过对《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准》(以下简称《英语课程标准》)语音教学的课程目标和知识描述的分析,发现了《英语课程标准》中语音教学的缺失。笔者把英语语言的本质作为课程设置的逻辑起点,明确了小学阶段课程标准中关于语音技能和语音知识技能的具体目标、训练内容。并针对现阶段(义务教育小学阶段)语音教学的缺失提出了具体的训练方法——小学段英语识字的四步解码教学法,这一方法将改变学生的英语语言观念,有利于培养儿童形成良好的英语语音意识,从而使儿童英语学习和第二语言机制的获得成为一种自觉的、精确的过程。
This paper found an imperfection on the phonology in the Full-time Compulsory General High School English curriculum standards through the analysis about the description part of curriculum aim and knowledge.This paper regards the nature of English language as the logic point of curriculum setting,and it cleared the detail aims about the phonology skill and phonology knowledge.It introduced phonetic teaching method of four-steps decoding to solve this problem.Children can change their ideas of learning English by using this method.Also,the children can form good awareness of English language phonology via mastering this method,and English language learning of children and the obtaining of mechanism of the second language will definitely become an automatic process.
