We give some understandings on certain definitions and requirements in the standard GB 19510. 14 -2009 Lamp controlgear-Part 14： Particular requirements for d. c. or a. c. supplied electronic controlgear for LED modules by analyzing the terms and definitions in this standard and other related standards, including GB 19212. 1 - 2008/IEC 61558 -1：2005 Safety of power transformers, power supplies, reactors and similar products-Part 1： General requirements and tests, GB 4706. 1 -2005/IEC 60335 -1：2004 Household and similar electrical appliances-Safety-Part 1： General requirements, GB 8898 -2001/IEC 60065：1998 Audio, video and similar electronic apparatus-Safety requirements, and GB 7000.1 -2007/IEC 60598 - 1：2008 Luminaires-Part 1 ： General requirements and tests.
