摘要
裂果在甜樱桃果实成熟期经常发生,严重影响果实品质和产量。本文综述了国内外甜樱桃裂果机理研究进展,从品种、砧木、果实特性、水分、树体矿质营养、栽培管理水平、环境因子等方面分析了甜樱桃裂果的原因,并相应地提出了防治裂果的措施。
Fruit cracking which affected quality and yield seriously happened frequently in fruit ripe period of sweet cherry. In this paper, the research progress of fruit cracking mechanism in sweet cherry was summarized. The reasons for fruit cracking involving variety, rootstock, fruit features, water transport, mineral nutrients, cultural practices and environment conditions were reviewed and some measures for preventing fruit cracking were put forward.
