摘要
通过接种鉴定,研究了棉花新种质鲁HB22黄萎病抗性的遗传规律和生理变化。结果表明,鲁HB22的苗期抗病性表现为显性单基因遗传。接种黄萎病菌后,与感病对照冀棉11相比,叶片PAL活性迅速升高及较长的保持时间可能是鲁HB22黄萎病抗性的重要生理机制之一。接种黄萎病菌后,叶片MDA含量变化趋势尤其是接种3天后MDA含量显著低于感病对照,可以作为鉴定鲁HB22黄萎病抗性的生化指标之一。
The inheritance laws and physiological variation of resistance to verticillium wilt in a new cotton germplasm Lu HB22 were studied by inoculation with V991 Verticillium dahliae strain. The results indicated that the resistance to verticillium wilt at seedling stage was controlled by a single dominant gene. Compared to the susceptive control Jimian 11, the rapid increase and longer keeping time of high PAL activity after inoculation may be one of the main physiological mechanisms resistant to verticillium wilt in Lu HB22. The variation of MDA content after inoculation with Verticillium dahliae, especially lower than that of susceptive control Jimian 11 from the third day after inoculation, could be regarded as one of the biochemical indices to distinguish the resistance to verticillium wilt of Lu HB22.
