摘要
以莱芜大姜为试材,采用二次饱和D-最优设计方法,研究了复硝酚钠、DA-6(胺鲜脂)配施对生姜产量的影响,建立了以复硝酚钠、DA-6施用量为变量因子,生姜产量为目标函数的二元二次数学模型。通过对模型解析表明,复硝酚钠、DA-6均可显著提高生姜产量,但二者配施对生姜产量的交互效应为负值,表明复硝酚钠、DA-6不能混合施用。在本试验条件下,复硝酚钠、DA-6单施每666.7m2适宜用量分别为387 g和303 g,其生姜产量分别达3 118.60 kg和3 092.95 kg,比对照分别增产26.59%和25.55%。
With Laiwu ginger as material, the effects of sodium nitrophenolate combined with DA -6 on the yield of ginger was studied through the design of quadratic saturation D - optimal regression, and a mathe- matical model was established with sodium nitrophenolate and DA -6 were as independent variables and ginger yield as dependent variables. The analysis of the model showed that the single use of sodium nitrophenolate and DA- 6 could significantly increase the ginger yield, but their interaction was negative, which indicated that sodium nitrophenolate and DA -6 could not be mixed to apply to ginger. Under this experimental condi- tions, the appropriate amount for single application of sodium nitrophenolate and DA -6 was 387 g and 303 g per 666.7m2 respectively, and the ginger yield was 3 118.60 kg and 3 092.95 kg per 666.7m2 respectively, which increased by 26.59% and 25.55% compared to the control respectively.
