2MB-CH型气压机高压缸轴封改造的可行性分析

摘要 原气压机高、低压缸均采用浮环密封,运行中常出现磨损、泄漏及污染问题,影响生产。1993年开始实施低压缸密封改造,将浮环密封改造成蒸汽阻塞密封,使用效果良好。继后又对高压缸密封进行了同样的改造,同时也改进了压力平衡腔、密封腔等相应部分,经计算泄漏量满足设计要求。密封改造后比改造前每年至少节资120万元。 The floating ring sealings are adopted on the high and low pressure cylinder of original air compressor.During operation,the problems of wear,leakage,and pollution are occured often.And affected the production.From 1993,the reconstruction of low pressure cylinder sealing began to conduct.The floating ring seal are changed into steam jamming seal.The applied effect is good.After that,the same reconstruction of high pressure cylinder are conducted.The corresponding parts of pressure balance chamber and seal chamber are improved simultaneously.By means of calculation,the leak quantity satisfied the design requirement.After seal reconstruction,the cost of 1.2 million yuan per year are saved at least than before seal reconsteuction.The economic benifit is remarkable.
