婴儿牛奶过敏症的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 牛奶在婴儿食谱中是最普遍、最富营养的饮品,但婴儿饮用牛奶有可能会发生过敏反应,是1岁以内婴儿食物过敏症的常见原因〔1,2〕。主要表现为胃肠道反应,如呕吐、肠绞痛和难治愈性腹泻,亦有部分患儿可发生血管水肿、荨麻疹、鼻炎、瘙痒、体重减轻及哮喘甚至昏厥等,对消化道黏膜和肝功能的损伤也有报道〔3〕。近年来牛奶过敏症呈上升趋势,
