摘要目的:了解我国壮族地区患者的多囊卵巢综合征临床特征。方法:追踪100例壮族患者月经和生育情况,检查其皮肤和毛发,计算体重指数(Body Mass Index,BMI),测定性激素和阴道B超监测卵泡。结果:不孕、月经失调、内分泌异常、卵巢呈多囊性改变和持续不排卵是主要表现。结论:多囊卵巢综合征存在异质性,具有民族特异性。
