With improved design of inner gate, sprue and exhaust opening and holding riser as well as strict control of each loop in production of high chromium cast iron underboarding castings, the shrinkage cavity or air hole of casting products have dramatically reduced resulting in that waste casting has lowered down to 2% or under 2%.
