摘要
针对通钢FTSR薄板坯连铸连轧生产线生产集装箱板SPA-H产生边部缺陷的问题,通过研究分析缺陷产生的机制,优化二冷水给水模式提高连铸坯边角温度、更换辊子不转的扇形段、清理氧化铁皮降低夹持辊扭矩、实施多段缓慢压下及降低钢水中酸溶铝和氮含量等控制措施,使集装箱板SPA-H热轧板卷的边部缺陷得到有效控制。
The causes of edge defects on container strips produced by FTSR thin slab casting machine in Tonghua Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. were analyzed. The edge defects ratio of container strips was effectively controlled by optimization of second cooling water, changing the segments with fail rollers on time, removing scale between segment rollers to decrease torsion of pinch rolls, reducing the soft reduction roller gaps by multiple steps, and controlling ω([N]) and ω([N]) in the molten steel.
