摘要 提出了一种起燃器+燃油携带催化剂+氧化催化器的微粒捕集器再生方法,介绍了该再生系统的设计;提出了查询转速-负荷-背压三维脉谱图的再生时机判断策略;建立了以温度极限与温度分布均匀性为控制目标的再生温度控制策略。台架颗粒物加载和再生试验结果表明,再生系统中的燃油携带催化剂能有效降低颗粒物着火温度,系统能准时进行再生提示,过滤体内温度分布均匀,再生效率达到95%以上。 A regeneration scheme for diesel particulate filter(DPF) using burner,fuel-borne catalyst(FBC) and diesel oxidation catalyst is proposed with the design of regeneration system presented.A strategy for judging the right moment of DPF regeneration by looking up the 3D engine MAP of speed,load and the back pressure of exhaust pipe is put forward,and the regeneration temperature control strategy is established with the temperature limit and the evenness of temperature distribution as control objectives.The results of particulate loading and regeneration bench test show that the FBC in regeneration system can effectively lower the light-off temperature of particulate,the system can prompt the regeneration on time,and the inner temperature of filter element is rather even with the regeneration efficiency higher than 95%.
