油茶苗失水程度与栽植成活率的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 对油茶苗木失水程度、自由水/束缚水比值、电阻值与栽植成活率的关系进行了研究,结果表明:当苗木失水程度为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%和30%时,栽植成活率分别为97.8%、95.6%、91.0%、84.5%、80.0%、64.5%和6.7%;从中可看出,失水20%以上的苗木失去了栽培的意义。苗木失水程度不断增加时,电阻值变化规律为:初期为叶片>茎>根,后期为根>茎>叶片。在苗木水分的三种测试方法中:自由水/束缚水比值法最为精确,但需要较多的设备并只能在室内进行;失水程度法较为精确,但需要从起苗开始全程测定;电阻值法受操作因素影响较大,但简便易行。今后在生产中,可根据条件选择适合的方法,保证栽植的苗木失水程度在20%以下,以确保较高的造林成活率。 Relationship between the dehydration degree, the ratio of free water and bound water, the resistance value and planting survival rate of Camellia oleifera seedling were studied in this paper. The resuits showed: Planting survival rate was respectively 97.8 %,95.6%, 91.0 %, 84.5 %, 80.0%, 64. 5 and 6.7% , when the dehydration degree was 0%, 5 %, 10%, 15 %, 20% ,25% and 30%, which lost the cultivation significance at dehydrated 20%. When the dehydration degree increased constantly, the change law of the resistance value was. leaf 〉 stem 〉 root in the initial period, root 〉 stem 〉 leaf in the later. In the three test methods of moisture content: the method of free water/bound water is most precise, but needs some equipments and can only be done in laboratory; the method of dehydration degree is also precise, however, the observations needed from lifting to the end of transplanting; error could be existed in the method of resistance value but the method is simple and easy to operate. In order to ensure the high survival rate of transplanting, the appropriate test method of moisture content could be selected according to production conditions, which guarantees the dehydration degree of transplanting below 20%; Leaf, stem, root resistance value separately within 85.42 kΩ, 116 kΩ, 126.06 kΩ; the ratio of free water and bound water above 1.90.
