HPLC法测定麻仁润肠丸中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量

Determination of Costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone in Maren Runchang Pills by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定麻仁润肠丸中木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯的含量。方法采用Lanbo（Kromasil C18柱;流动相：甲醇-水（65∶35）;流速：1.0mL.min-1;检测波长：225nm。结果木香烃内酯在0.2339~1.169μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.04%,RSD=0.43%（n=6）;去氢木香内酯在0.1696~0.848μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.62%,RSD=0.49%（n=6）。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于麻仁润肠丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone in Maren Runchang Pills.Methods Lanbo Kromasil C18 column was employed with the mobile phase of methanol-water（65∶35）.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 225nm.Results The linear range of Costunolide fell within 0.2339～1.169μg（r=0.9999） and the average recovery rate was 99.04%（RSD=0.43%,n=6）.The linear range of Dehydrocostuslactone fell within 0.1696～0.848μg（r=0.9995） and the average recovery rate was 98.62%,（RSD=0.49%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is accurate with good reproducibility and strong specificity.It is suitable for the quality control of Maren Runchang Pills.
