摘要
本文对反馈磁场减小车削细长杆时的鼓形误差进行了探讨。反馈磁场能明显的减小工件的鼓形误差,增大反馈系统中功率放大器的放大倍数,能提高反馈磁场的效果。并且还比较了加反馈磁场和加恒磁场时的不同效果和特性。
The influence of feed-back magnetic field on barrel error of slender rods in turning is reported in this paper.It is discovered that the feed-back magnetic field can reduce barrel error of slender rods obviotusly. It increases the amplification of the amplidyne in the feed-back system and the feed-back mag- netic field is suitable for thin rods turning.The effeet and characteristic of feed-back and starionary magnetic field arc properly compared.
