X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达及其对患者术后复发的影响

Expression of XIAP in HCC and its influence in HCC recurrence

目的探讨肝细胞癌组织中X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)的表达及其对患者术后复发的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测72例肝细胞癌组织及其癌旁组织中XIAP的表达,分析其表达与肝细胞癌临床病理因素的关系及在患者术后复发中的意义。结果 HCC组织中XIAP阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(χ2=7.03,P<0.01)。XIAP在HCC组织中的表达与TNM分期、病理分级及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。复发组XIAP阳性表达率显著高于未复发组(χ2=6.48,P<0.01)。Cox回归多因素分析表明,XIAP高表达是影响HCC患者术后肿瘤复发和转移的独立预后因素(P<0.01)。结论 XIAP有望成为预测HCC患者术后复发的一项重要参考指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of XIAP in patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）.Methods The expression of XIAP protein was detected with immunohistochemical analysis in 72 cases of HCC and their pericarcinoma tissues.The relationship of XIAP expression with HCC recurrence were explored.Results The frequency of XIAP expression in HCC were significantly higher than that in pericarcinoma tissues（χ2=7.03,P0.01）.The expression of XIAP was positively related to TNM type,tumor differentiation and lymph node metascasis（P0.01）.The positive expression rates of XIAP protein was significantly different between recurrence positive group with recurrence and metastasis negative group（χ2=6.48,P0.01）.The Cox proportional hazards model showed that XIAP protein was an independent factor of the recurrence and metastasis for HCC patients after operation（P0.01）.Conclusion XIAP protein may be a potential markers to predict the recurrence of HCC undergoing liver transplantation.
