后适应对缺血性脑损伤神经保护的策略及分子机制 被引量:2

摘要 后适应是一种新的内源性的神经保护策略可能通过调控再灌注血流而减轻缺血性脑损伤,其保护效应取决于循环次数、每次循环时间、实施时间和脑缺血模型。后适应的保护机制可能与其调节早期再灌注及与蛋白激酶Akt、细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK1/2)、蛋白激酶C(PKC)、ATP敏感性钾通道(KATP)、核转录因子-кB(NF-κB)和低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)参与的信号转导途径有关。
