Caffeinol治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

摘要 Caffeinol是由咖啡因与乙醇组成的一种混合物,是近年来发现的一种治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的新药物。多数研究结果表明,Caffeinol对急性缺血性脑卒中有脑保护作用,Caffeinol可减轻缺血后继发性脑损伤、缩小脑组织损害范围、促进神经功能恢复。Caffeinol可与依达拉奉、t-PA溶栓及亚低温等联合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中,并且联合治疗比单独应用Caffeinol时神经保护作用更明显。但是,目前关于Caffeinol治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床研究资料较少,众多相关的问题尚需要深入探讨。
