脑微出血研究近况 被引量:5

摘要 随着现代影像技术的进步,利用磁共振GRE序列识别脑微出血是一个有用的生物学指标,它与脑微小血管病理相关。脑微出血可以出现于脑缺血病人、自发性脑出血病人、脑淀粉样变血管病人群以及健康老年人。本文就脑微出血的流行病学、临床意义、诊断价值以及相关危险因素和对预后的影响等方面研究进展做了简单综述。
