摘要
通过对钢结构涂层在模拟风沙环境中的冲蚀试验,研究了涂层受风沙冲蚀磨损特性、冲蚀行为和侵蚀机理.结果表明:涂层冲蚀磨损质量损失随冲蚀速度的增大而增加;低角度冲蚀主要为微切削作用,材料硬度起决定因素,高角度冲蚀主要为冲蚀挤压变形作用,材料柔韧性起决定作用,由于涂层硬度相对较低而柔韧性相对较高,故在低冲角下其受冲蚀程度严重.提出了涂层冲蚀程度的评价计算公式,其计算结果与试验结果相吻合.为揭示风沙侵蚀机理及准确评价钢结构耐久性提供了依据.
Through the erosion test of steel structure coating under sandstorm environment,the erosion characteristics,erosion behavior and mechanism for the coating was studied.The results show that the erosion mass loss of the coating increases with increasing erosion speed;erosion is mainly micro-cutting at low erosion angle,material hardness is decisive factor,and erosion is mainly compression deformation at high erosion angle,material toughness plays decisive role.Because the coating is a material with low hardness and high toughness,it is eroded more seriously at low erosion angle.Evaluation formula for the erosion degree of the coating is proposed,the calculated results from the formula is in good agreement with the test results.The study provides basis for revealing the erosion mechanism under sandstorm and accurately evaluating durability of steel structure.
