空卵泡综合征最新研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 在体外受精-胚胎移植技术中,空卵泡综合征(empty follicle syndrome,EFS)的存在仍是困扰临床医生的一项难题。研究认为真性EFS(GEFS)的发生与卵巢功能障碍和基因表达异常有关,此类患者具有不良的IVF后续治疗结局,赠卵或体外成熟技术是不错的选择;而假性EFS(FEFS)则是与hCG相关的药物依赖性疾病,可通过临床补救措施来避免。
