GHRP对心衰大鼠心功能及细胞因子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究生长激素释放肽(GHRP)对心衰(CHF)大鼠心功能及细胞因子的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组,每组10只。腹腔注射阿霉素(ADR)建立CHF模型。采用:①监测血流动力学变化;②HE染色法观察心肌细胞形态变化;③免疫组织化学(IHC)方法,检测心肌中内皮素-1(ET-1)免疫阳性细胞密度的变化。结果①血流动力学和HE染色心肌组织在模型组有显著变化,而治疗组与正常组比较变化不明显;②心肌中ET-1表达的平均光密度模型组高于正常组、治疗组,且差异显著(P<0.05),而治疗组和正常组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 GHRP具有降低心肌组织中ET-1表达,保护和改善心功能的作用。
