腰椎旁阻滞治疗腰椎退行性椎管狭窄症120例 被引量：2

摘要 腰椎退行性椎管狭窄症（LSS）在临床上并不少见,有文献报道在腰椎间盘突出症手术中证实合并椎管狭窄者占49.5%-56%〔1〕,腰椎管狭窄的发生除了先天因素外,更多地与后天因素如：椎间盘突出,黄韧带肥厚,关节突增生等相关,LSS是老年人最常见的腰腿痛的原因,可引起下肢病痛、无力,间歇性跛行,严重时可以导致大小便功能障碍,严重影响老年人的生活质量,
