原发性胆汁性肝硬化Mayo评分与Child分级评估分析 被引量:3

摘要 Child-Pugh分级是目前广泛应用判定终末期重症肝病临床病情及预后的重要分级标准之一。然而,随着医学的进展,此系统逐渐暴露出临床局限性,故此寻求新的与之互补的评分系统是临床亟待解决的问题。Mayo评分系统即为一种新的评分体系,具有客观、连续、相对精确等优势。
