述情障碍的情绪记忆特征

Characteristic of emotional memory in alexithymia

目的通过对述情障碍者的情绪记忆研究,探讨述情障碍可能的神经机制。方法纳入正常人群述情障碍者30例和正常对照组30例,采用情绪图片的回忆和再认测试评定情绪记忆。结果两组间情绪图片评分差异无统计学意义,两组间情绪图片评分测试结束10 min和72 h后对正性和负性图片的回忆正确率以及72 h后负性图片的再认正确率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论述情障碍存在情绪记忆的缺损。

Objective To investigate the potential neural mechanism of alexithymia through emotional memory study.Methods Thirty alexithymia disorder and thirty normal control were grouped according to the scores of Twenty-Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale（TAS-20）.The emotional memory was evaluated by the recall and recognition of emotional pictures.Results Compared with normal group,alexithymia group showed no significant difference in appraisal of the emotional pictures.However,alexithymia group exhibited evident deficit of recall to both positive and negative pictures after 10 minutes and 72 hours delay,and the accuracy of alexithymia group in recognizing negative pictures were significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion People with alexithymia disorder have a general impairment of emotional memory.
