摘要
采用金相、硬度测试和冲击韧度测试等手段,对国内外DC53冷作模具扁钢进行对比研究。结果表明,我国高品质DC53钢在洁净度、碳化物尺寸控制和力学性能等方面均和国外先进水平相当,某些方面甚至好于国外DC53钢。
The steel DC53 at home and abroad was contrasted and studied by OM,hardness test and impact test.The results show that the quality of high-quality steel DC53 of our country is equal to abroad at the respect of cleanliness,size of carbides,mechanical property and so on.Some aspects are even better than the abroad DC53.
