摘要
研究了磁场强度对GCr15/45钢配副摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验表明,与无磁场条件下相比,GCr15钢销磨损量明显减少;摩擦磨损过程中配副摩擦表面能吸附更多的磨屑,表面生成更多的氧,从而改变材料摩擦磨损机制,改善GCr15钢的摩擦学性能。
The influence of DC constant magnetic field on tribological behaviour of GCr15/45 steel pair against disc in atmosphere was investigated.Experiments show that,compared with non-magnetic field condition,the wear loss decreases;the friction and wear process with vice friction surface can absorb more grindings,the surface has more oxygen,witch changes the friction and wear mechanism of the material and improves the tribological properties of GCr15 steel.
