摘要
研究了激光加工工艺参数对Al2O3陶瓷坯体成形性能的影响,利用正交试验分析法确定了其对成型性能的主要影响因素。结果表明:扫描速度、激光功率、成分配比、扫描间隔和气体压强对A12O3陶瓷坯体成形性能的影响程度依次减小,最佳工艺参数优化结果为扫描速度25mm/s、激光功率12mA、配比35vol%、扫描间隔0.1mm和气体压强0.4MPa。
The effects of laser processing parameters on the formability of Al2O3 ceramic body were investigated.The key influential factors on the formability of Al2O3 ceramic body were determined by orthogonal testing.The results show that the influential orders of scanning speed,laser power,compositions,scan spacing and gas pressure on the formability of Al2O3 ceramic body reduce in order.The best result is scanning speed 25 mm/s,laser power 12 mA,composition 35vol%,scaning spacing 0.1 mm and gas pressure 0.4 MPa.
