摘要
利用XRD和DSC测定了Fe68Ni1Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75非晶在淬火态和高低温结构弛豫后的热力学参数,并计算出相关的混合焓ΔH值。研究结果发现:随着弛豫退火温度的升高,玻璃转变温度Tg和晶化初始温度Tx呈升高的趋势,晶化峰值温度变化不明显;经673 K高温弛豫后,合金的晶化焓值高于573 K低温弛豫后的值。实验证明:退火后的两种合金的热稳定性都有所增强,经573 K低温退火处理后的非晶合金更加稳定。
The thermodynamic parameters of Fe68Ni1Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75 amorphous alloy after quenching and annealing were investigated by XRD and DSC and it's ΔH was calculated.The results show that,with the annealing temperature increasing,the glass transition temperature Tg and initial crystallization temperature Tx went up and the peak temperature changes little,and the mixing enthalpy ΔH at 673 K is bigger than the low temperature's.The results show that the thermal stability of the two annealed alloys is improved,especially the alloy which has been annealed at 573 K.
